The install kit...what's that have in it and why's it 94+?

The years listed were misleading. I have revised. Thanks for asking. The kit includes all bearings, seals, shims etc., per image. Kit does not include ring gear bolts, axle bearings, axle seals.

Lemme shake the money tree. Going to be putting a Detroit in my rear 10 bolt soon so might be a wise investment.

Are the gears thick or thin for the 10 bolts??

GM/Saginaw/AAM (American Axle) didn't/don't make thick/thin custom gears, last I knew, OEM only. Additionally, I don't believe the aftermarket is making thick/thin gears either for the big 10 bolt, 8.5/8.625.

Except for the GM gears, the p/n's are listed. You can internet search them to confirm application. In lieu of that, I will save you the effort and state that all gears are 'standard carrier'. In other words, require a 2.73-up carrier or 2.41-2.56 carrier with spacer.

I checked and didnt' list anything. I never messed with 10 bolts so wasn't sure. Thinking of going with these just to keep it simple, don't think I'm gonna find a 10 bolt with 4.10s very easily.

This is an OEM non spring preload posi with governor activated locking mechanism.
