GM 205 1410 front output options?

I put a 205 in my K20 and now I need to figure out a way to get 1410 flange or yoke on the front output. For the rear I was able to just get a 1410 yoke from jesse at high angle driveline. But for the front it is a 30 spline and they dont make a 30 spline 1410 yoke. So I have been told I can buy a new 32 spline front output shaft that comes in ford 205s but I dont want to mess with that since that shaft is expensive and I dont want to have to pull the t-case back out. I am wanting to use rockwell driveshafts which are 1410 joints.

I think 32 spline shaft is your only option. I gotta get one soon as well. Do all ford 205s have the 32 spline shaft? I got one for free, that I am gonna save for a future buggy project

thankfully I'm doing the shaft upgrades to my 205 while it's apart..

just saw a pair of 32 outputs go on ebay the other day for $75...

32 spline front output is your only option.

All Ford 205's had 32 spline front outputs and they're pretty easy to find (and a direct swap).

The 32 spline front output uses the same yokes that the rear 32 spline output uses.

The front output shaft is an easy swap and can be done with the t-case installed.

Just the front shaft, and yoke of course.

I thought ford 205s come with 31 splines? Chevy 205s have the 32 spline. I guess I better go count splines on my ford 205.....


EDIT: just got done counting and yes, ford 205 is 31 spline. Unless I am missing something here?

I beleive you're thinking of the input, the ford input is 31 spline
