Dodge NP-208 fixed yoke conv. parts, includes everything to change your GM 208 to a fixed yoke except the yoke.

I put this together a couple years ago for my plow truck but went to a 241 instead.
No welding required, uses a threaded stud thru the case for the shift rod.
You will be getting just the parts, not the complete case. $50. + shipping on 20lbs.

You will need to swap out the main shaft in your GM208 to this one and use this back half. You can use any of the 32spline transfer yokes with a 1 7/8" seal surface or turn down a 2 1/8" ss yoke to the smaller size.

Heres some pics of it assembled: GM front-Dodge back

Why the threaded rod for the shift rod?
I just did this last week and the rods are the same, didn't have to do anything special.
The only difference I had was the Dodge case has a different support for the side so it doesn't have a hole for the big bolt to bolt the support rod on the back half, it will only be bolted on the front half.
Did I miss anything with the shift rod?

The rod support bung is in the wrong place on the Dodge back half, usually you weld another on.This bung is not welded and everything is sandwiched together and cannot move but still preload the spring.
