Does anyone know of a set of heads by another manufacturer that are comparable to the "fast burn" heads for less money????

I'm not sure what the GM heads are going for but World Products Sportsman II heads are a fast burn chamber with 200CC runners, $440 ea.
Availible in 64 and 72 cc chambers.

Dart Iron Eagle 64cc 200cc runners. About $900 for the pair. Better casting quality than the world products heads IMO.

Edelbrock E-tec heads are very comparable, they have 170cc and 200 cc runner heads. I believe they run about $1100 bucks a pair. And Edelbrock is the company that casts the heads for GM Perfomance Parts anyway, so you are getting the same quality level. Very high quality castings and good machine work, and made in the USA. :)
