Both will work..... I want to learn how to read and make Auto Keys by hand and the easiest way is to learn is with many keys.

i used to work in a gm dealership in the parts dept and we had an old guy that worked there that would run his finger over the key and tell you the key code without ever looking at the key. if i remember right gm has has 6 cuts and each one of those cuts can be 6 different sizes he would slide his finger over it slowly and give you the order it was amazing to see.

My friend mostly works with Shlege, since he retired and went to work for a property management company. But he worked for some 30+ years as a locksmith... He showed me how to work on my own house locks.
