Kinda hard to see but are you referring to a Tie rod end with drag link whole in it?

Yep, I want to run high steer but only have one hole in the flat top arms. So I wanted to run the draglink into the tierod with that hole.

Not sure of a GM part # but its just a stock K5 tie rod end.
The part # is ES2233L
but you will need to ream out that hole to use it with a TRE. But doing that is going to take out alot of the meat around that area.

exactly, thanks, are there any drawbacks for this kind of a setup?
I don't know enough about it to comment, someone else will have to name the pros/cons of this system. It is basically the same as the stock steering on the late 70's 1/2 ton Fords, which seem to work well.PsychoticDeadGuy said:
