Has anyone had their truck worked on by GM Truck Center in Burbank? If so, how was the quality of the work and how was the price? Let me know as I'm considering having them do some work on my truck.

There was a guy named "Swamp Donkey" on CK5 that went there IIRC.

He had a really nice looking orange 1st Gen, cage and custom tube bumpers... I think that shop did all the work. If you search for his name in this forum you might be able to find the pics.... /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif

Swamp Donkey sold his truck a while back. The truck looked nice when it was done (from the pictures anyway) but I think I recall him saying that there were some problems - maybe with the roll cage. I think he paid a small fortune to have them fix it up and then decided it wasn't what he wanted so he sold it. There is no way he got back the $ he had into it.

So much to do, so little time. I have great plans for my web site, now I just need to execute them. Maybe I should get my truck running first? My dad just re-built a carb for me and I'm picking it up this weekend. Hopefully it will start a little better with this carb.
