Gmc pickup duall exhaust in nj

I have full duall exhaust that came out of this gmc 1 ton pickup. It looks fairly new, and has cats, with turbo mufflers. I cut about 6 inches off the manifold. It's located in NJ 100.00

Not sure about the legality of selling used cats, i know you can't do it commercially.

But if i were local, i'd be all over that. Those cats are worth waaay more than $100.

Not sure where you can legally recycle that stuff, but think they are worth more than that recycled at the right place. Hence why so many tweakers are stealing them off people's trucks....
