Gmpartsdirect.com issues - Anyone near Winston Salem, NC?

I placed an order on Dec 1st, 2019 and they still haven't shipped. They don't reply to emails, don't call back voicemail messages and never answer the phone. I can't even cancel the order so I can place it again with someone else.

Their website claims they still have extended shipping times due to the strike at GM that ended in October. I don't believe for a second that the supply chain is still bunged up. I've had no problems ordering parts from other online vendors since I placed this order. So much for saving a couple bucks ordering from a slightly cheaper distributor!

Next they will be blaming the Corona virus.
The gm agency we use for our warranty repair has been blaming back ordered parts for numerous delays. Usually 3 to 4 weeks turn around on our Volts. 2018 Volts are having issues.

They claim that my parts are in their warehouse but that they "can't find them". Been the same excuse for the past 4 weeks. I'd be happy to pay for someone's time to go over there and bug them in person? If they truly have the parts there, a customer at the desk will likely encourage them to get the parts. If they don't actually have them, and can't provide proof that they ordered them I will file an international mail fraud complaint with service Canada and let them deal with that...
