Order parts that GMPartsGiant.com said were in stock. Then got an email stating several items were to be canceled and that they needed additional fees for shipping. Some of the parts were shipped. Parts that I paid for were not shipped. They only give you 5 days for a RMA.

I'm not the only one with a history of issues with GMPartsGiant.com. So I end up eating the cost of the parts that were never shipped to me that GMPartsGiant.com claim were shipped. :(

Assuming you used a credit card you can dispute that charge.

File a complaint at better business bureau. They seem to get some action.

Get yourself a paper trail showing that you tried to be reasonable with them. No emails saying "lulwhat sendmemyshit youratbastards".

Use a credit card and file a report. Print into PDF what your order was and tell them what you received in the comment box. For the dollar amount disputed, I'd remove the cost of all the items you didn't get, any sales tax collected (it's fraud if they collect tax on items not rendered) on the items you DIDN'T get, and any shipping costs you paid (any at all do not fret about a percentage of shipping unless it is freight). My experience is that the credit card company will immediate reimburse you and turn the purchase to "pending" for the duration of the investigation. The "investigation" may drag out 90 days, but I've never lost a dispute. Just don't get greedy.

I've probably had 30 or so disputes over the last 20 years. I'm about to start one over a couch that was delivered, that was clearly used, that cost $3000. They've been dicking me around, ignoring my calls saying they'd have the "owner" call back, telling me via email they'd get back to me with a solution, etc since 01//06/2022. And I'm going to issue a chargeback of probably $600. This is after they talked me into paying $100 to have it delivered to my house instead of picking it up myself, which I would have not accepted when I showed up and it was out of the plastic.
