Today the batt light came on and stayed on long enough for me to get home and do some testing. Running on batt voltage when checked with a multi meter, dash gauge agreed under 12v.

Wiggled the small wire connector and bingo the voltage crept up to 14ish volts.

2 questions. What is the series name for these alternators ? Any one know the terminal size or female pin part number ?

the 130 amp on my truck is the AD244. and the terminals are Metri Pac 150. I think, I'll know for sure when they arrive.

I assume that you tried to tighten the terminals up for a better bite on the blade/male side.

I wonder if the terminals have gotten cracked loose inside of the regulator.

I'm going to play with the old one, once the new gets here. I ordered a new plug, the terminals do look much smaller than the old one. While trying to depin the 2001 plug it broke, new one was needed.
