Going from 6\" lift to 4\" lift

Just a Quick question. Will the shocks on the 6" lift work on a 4" lift. TIA

They will bottom out on compression unless you move the mounts up.

You should be ok. They might be ok to wheel with but you will have to flex it and see if they will work.

I might be interested , but I'm not planning on doing the change over untill the end of June, also it looks like we are on oposite sides of the country. How do you springs ride, I was looking at getting the Tuff country EZ-Ride Springs.

They ride fairly good, although I doubt it would work because shipping would be killer and this is my daily driver so I couldn't go but a day or two without the truck.. Let me know when you do decide to do the switch though.

I have the front shocks from a EZ ride 4" (Nitros) . After my zero rates and the longer shock mounts on the axle my 4" shocks need some 6" shocks.

I bought shocks for a 6'' lift for the back of a k10 with only 4'' of lift and they have never bottomed (yet) but they do allow more extension. I would just keep them.
