Going to change the color, header etc. of the forums

Just an FYI, I only changed the forum colors, I didn't change any avatar, sig etc.. stuff, if you are having problems try logging out clearing cach and then logging back in.

the earler blue was better, more easy on the eyes, this one is too bright.
