well first off, The Tags are on NonOP. the fees to bring them current are ~221$
He Claims the only problem with the truck is the power steering pump.. We will see.. But is there anything in particular I should be looking for?
I got him to 1100 Without looking at the rig.. Hopefully I can get it even lower.

well I just sold my One and only vehicle. it was the 87 gmc sierra 1500. 2wd 2wd!!!! AFTER all of the money I just put into it lol. But, I wanted to sell it and get me another 4x4. Really wanted another K5. But Cant find any for a cheap price around here. That arent all rusted out. or Broke down.

anyway this truck I want to go look at. Its an automatic, Not sure if its th350 or 400. and 203/205. buuut. I assume 350/350/203.
was just curious if there are any common problems. or anything I should check for

running it. Yeah Thats about the only thing I knew, The frame cracking at the steering box. Learned that from my ole K5 I had

And It's a 3/4 ton

I forget exactly what the guy said, But the I guess the guy passed away, and he inherited the truck.

I would make sure it runs and drives and check for major rust, not that it will have any with your location.

$1100 for that body if it runs and drives and I wouldnt care if the frame is cracked, pretty easy and cheap to fix unless that whole section of frame is ripped off.

OK so. I went and looked at that truck. it was a pile of crap!. motor sounded weak. no power. major exhaust leaks. etc.
and 4x4 didnt work!!

But I went and looked around, And Checked out an 81 k5.
some things I can think of that are bad about it is. Tires are bad. Head lights don't turn on. blinkers don't work. the climate cluster is totally gone. No smog equipment, ( well thats kinda good but bad because im in CA ) minor exhaust leak.
the goods are, It's 4x4 Posi rear end. 350/350/208 setup.
