Going to look at a m1031 K30. Does not start.

Going with a old friend to look at this. Has a lift. 37" ssrs. crossover steering. No rust. Sounds like a nice truck. However, No way to run it. injection pump is shot. I told him to find another truck. Cant run it what good is it. He still want to go. anyway to check this thing out? make sure the motor good. he wants 2500 for it. any advice? thanks

buy it for 2 grand in parts for the lift axles and wheels and tires and drop a 350 or a mil surp 6.2 in it. they can be found cheap
