We have here a Newby & Evans upright piano for FREE. It will need restoration, it is mostly complete, only a couple of small side trim pieces missing from exterior.

it does mostly work, not musically sound, needs replaced interior parts and fixins here and there.

Serial number of 5184 and from research dates this in mid to late 1800's

Similar units, restored seen going for $9500. no interest any longer in restoring it, tired of hauling it around when we move, it's HEAVY.


has been claimed by some other sorry individual.

That's probably what we're gonna do. I have replied to about a dozen emails about this, all say they will come look at it or pick it up, even talked to one guy on the phone, no one shows or replies back to the emails.

I wouldn't suspect them as spam emails, they are leaving phone numbers, unless it's a new thing so you call them, then they get your number for sales calls later...

I dunno, Craigslist is almost a waste of time anymore. People are stupid.
