Hey guys emergency fundraising to pay for a new truck ('69 longhorn) since my friend killed my '83 K5. For sale is a 700r4 out of an '83 K5 with an adapter and NP208 transfer case. Both function well, no funny noises and the tranny has yet to misshift on me. Transmission was behind a diesel but is fitted with a gas TC (higher stall) for a bit better acceleration. If you want to put it in a gasser I have a gas governor I'll throw in for free. $250 for the pair, pick up in either Ames IA or Delano MN, or I can deliver within about 100 miles of either for gas money. If you want them I'll even throw in the transfer case floor shifter and linkage parts from the K5 free of charge.
