Good Fuel injection kit for a BBC

Looking to fuel inject the 454. Just trying to figure out where to start looking. Figure I could find a kit for around $1500

better know the cam you have in the motor.

efi needs spec spacs to run right. lots of cams wont work .

tbi is a good basic easy swap to install.

If you're looking for an aftermarket injection kit then you better double your price and you can find them.

TBI cheaper? I never said EFI haha I just said looking for a fuel injection kit.

You can piece together a TBI set up for around $300.00 if you hit the junk yards or keep an eye open here in the for sale forum. The hardest part will be finding a 454 TBI and that really isn't hard as it is more expensive than one for a SBC.

faster / better to get 454 injectors and bored out 350 tbi unit and it all bolts in to comon 350 wiring plugs. then just add chip for 454.

It will depend on why you want EFI. Power? Or is drivability the #1 priority?
