Well I finally got around hooking up the welding again, I made some fine tuning and put the .035" wire instead of the .024... welds look better. /forums/images/graemlins/woot.gif And thanks to Jeff (bigyellowjimmy) I had a good ground so it would actually work! Maybe I will post a pic tomorrow after I weld again and get some better welds... I have a question though... when I weld I like go like umm... a little bit, then I stop, again then I stop... so its like im studdering almost I guess... so my welds look like big balls, then a small line, then another big ball. What is causing this? It's annoying /forums/images/graemlins/mad.gif

play with the wire speed, you may be just a little fast.
