I have been asscociates with DFW-TX4WD for a nunber of years. I do not wheel with em much as I run with a much more hardcore group now. They are a good group of people. They do host events, do stuff for the community etc, etc!!+ It is FREE
I have also been to a few FWD-FWD meetings and they were just to structered for my taste. They do a whole lot for the wheelin community so I still pay the fees to help em keep goin.
Those are the only real clubs I know of.

i live in fort worth and have been wondering if there are any good clubs around anywhere. ive looked on the net and havent found any. i would love to join a club that helps out the off road community and such, even if i had to drive 50 miles for meetings!!

I posted a link to TX4wd and you can search the web for FWD-fwd. There is a really neat thing I found on the web. what ya do is go to the little blank spot inthe top of your browser and typ in this funny little word.....

Then there is spot in the middle of the page that has another blank spot that you type in what it is you are looking for. Then it goes and searches the whole <font color="blue">W</font>orld <font color="blue">W</font>ide <font color="blue">W</font>eb. It will then come back with a list of web sites and how to get in touch with them!!!

I would go to a meeting with TX4WD. As for the lonestar link, that is not really a club, and it is stae wide. It really comes down to what you are looking for. Do you want to wheel, web wheel, talk SH!+ to people and act like you wheel or what? If ya wanna wheel, and have fun with some good downhome type foles I think the First two I mentioned are good for ya.
