One of my regulators broke at the cylinder. I bought my complete torch setup used. It was from as hog unit, so it was in rough shape. I should just replace the whole setup (regulators, hoses, torch). Anyone know of a good cheap setup on line?

Your not going to find anything cheap, unless it's junk or person does not know what they have. Go with Victor and never look back, that's what i have at home. Used them in Ironwork for about 30 years and that's about the only torch outfit the contractors buy. You should be able to get into gauges, rubber and the business end for around 350 or so.

my local welding supply guy does all kinds of various deals on refurbed Victors, etc.. might be worth checking out your local guy..

X2. Find the most reputable shop in your area, and they can probably set you up with a good used set.

I'd look for a mom and pop type place, but some of the big shops will help you out too.
