Hi,
stock radiator on my Cucv M1008 has almost rotten...
repaired twice in a few months and last time the shop stated it's ready for the recycle bin... :(

I need to find a new radiator (had bad experience with used ones...) and was thinking about alu instead of copper ones.
Who makes good (and not too much expensive!) alu radiators for our rigs?
Not sure on the many different ads I see around. Is it real a 2 rows alum is better efficency than a 4 rows copper??

Then I'd like to keep the stock setup of hoses, so I would need a diesel radiator with built in driver side tranny cooler and passenger side engine-oil cooler plus heater hoses, and pass side filler cap.

Any help?

I think in your case you will be better off sticking with a stock replacement.

AL is probably going to be very hard to find with the correct diesel fittings.

It's all about how radiators are designed as to how efficient they are, I've seen claims of some copper/brass working better than AL actually. No reason to debate it here, just that copper/brass works fine when in good shape.

AL radiators with plastic tanks MAY be problematic in these trucks, depending on how much you twist your body up.
