I'm considering to buy myself some "stuff" for Christmas for my 88 Burb. I'm thinking of the Energy replacement poly bushings & the Performance Assessories 2" body lift at the same time. Questions:

1 - Anybody have pro/cons to these brands?
2 - Anybody know of a better product?
3 - Where is the cheapest source for these? (May include CK5 discounts as I'm in the band!!!

Thanks in advance for what I am sure will be some most worthwhile responses (or at least humorous!!!)

What they run & did they give you a discount? It was my understanding that 4WPW gave a 10% off for CK5 Members.

I bought mine before i was a paying member of ck5, so i didn't get a discount, but if i remember right, i think i paid around 130 or 140 total for both sets.

I just got off the phone with the local office & they want $87.95 for the bushing kit & $78.95 for the 2" body lift. It comes to $177.59 with tax & the guy was not aware of any CK5 discount.

STEVE: I was told we got a 10% discount from 4WPW when I joined this past summer. What do I need to do to get it?

I think you answered your own questions right there. /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif

Energy Suspension and Performance Accessories are both excellent brands. Same brands I have used and will use again.

BTW, send Steve a PM and get the quotes from him. /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif

i asked 4wp here in fort worth about the discount and they knew all about it before i even started to tell them about it /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

maybe you could print it out of the membership page and take it in with you or have them call someone in the know /forums/images/graemlins/deal.gif

Mark,
I am sure glad you did not ask about using hockey pucks for a body lift, /forums/images/graemlins/rotfl.gif /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif
