are the goodmark 2" cowl hoods any good , such as fittment and lining up to the gm frt clip thats on my truck. and yes the frt is still all gm parts , not jap crap. thanks for the info guys great site.

I got one locally for $375. I like it and quality seems good for an aftermarket piece. I also bought a radiator support from them and it is a flimsy piece of crap!

Here is my hood, it's a 3.5" and I can't remember the name of the guy that built it.
It wasn't bad, 300 and something shipped to my door from Tennessee. BeaterK20 knows the name of the company.

Price for hood is a great deal, shipping is steep, together I guess not bad. Too bad you couldn't find a way to get it delivered cheaper. I like mine alot, I've always liked that style hood ever since I had a '69 Camaro w/ one.

I Have Seen Goodmark Parts...nice For None Oem Parts...watch To Make Sure They Are Goodmark. Have Seen Misrepresented Parts That Were Not Theres.

Have Seen Harwood Fiberglass Hood...not Bad Looking With Black On It. Cowl / Hood Gaps Always Seem Big.

For Looks Only...i Would Bond A Cowl On An Oem Hood And Have Perfect Gaps And Front Edge Radius.

My gaps are DEAD on, they are every bit as good if not better than the factory gaps arround the hood. I am very impressed with the Goodmark stuff.

Mine fit really well, but all the welds for the hood braces come apart and now my hood shakes up by the cowl. Also, when it was shipped it got some dents in the corners up by the cowl from the way they shipped it.
