I don't have much coin but I need some tires for the Ram. My options I'm looking at are

1. I have a new tire on my spare. It is a Goodyear Wrangler HP. To get a matching set at my tire guy, it's going to run $510 for 3 more.

2. Mastercraft HTR Plus will run $660 for a set of 4.

These will go on an 06 ram with 275/60 20s on it.

There are others that I would LIKE to have but I just can't swing $850 or more for rubber right now. Any suggestions or feedback from these two tires?

do you have an active craigslist in your area? Hit that up, i see more and more 20" OE size tires on there. You can get some screaming deals on 80% tires. Or find a set wiht rims, and sell your rims. I've done this a lot, and have ended up with sets of tires with 80% tread for like$100.

I would go with the Goodyears becuse you already have one.
Take the best one off and have it remounted on the spare rim to keep a full size spare.

FWIW We ran Coopers on our Police cruisers when I was still active. They held up good and did a dam good job.

I won't ever buy Goodyear again. They are one of the few American companies that still sell their sh*t to Iran. F that. Just my .02 fwiw.
