goofy clock in our trucks?

When I was a kid, my dad had an old Chevy c10 and the clock never worked.
I'm 26, so do the math, the clock wouldn't have been that old then.

i have never seen one taht worked anyway. i think they came from the factory broken...

the one in my 84 blazer.(body is junk and everything is falling apart)..but the clock still works in it lol. and i dont know about the one in my 86 k10....never really checked to see if it was turning or not. i have a hard time reading it any how...im slow like that...have to look at it for about a minute..and i cant do that while im driving lol...i prefer a digital in a car..
 
my clock still works and all but its just goofy lookin'.... i like having one, but i wish it was digital, but my truck is old, who cares!!
 
my clock is an hour fast right now, and the adjustment knob doesn't friggin work, but i have a watch so oh well

No Batt light there on mine. Just a flat piece of black metal with a white circle around it

jc whitney has some 2" , 2 1/8" & 2 5/16" tachs in their catalog...not sure what size you would need
