looks like a buyers style ball unit for the hide a hitch style gooseneck systems .
its around 1" shorter height from pin hole to top of my B&W ball . and over all its shorter also .
its hardly been used by the looks of it .
i would do 50 bucks shipped for it .
extra 10 bucks i can toss in a 4" long section of 3"x3"x1/4"wall square tube to let you build your own hitch setup .
