Got a ? about cruise control and a 6.2 diesel

Looking at maybe picking up a new to me tow rig/dd, its a 89 GMC cc banks turboed 6.2/465/205 and was curious if anybody would know how hard it would be to fix the cruise back on it? The guy says the servo broke and when he put the new motor in he left it off.

Some pics of said truck( I havent seen the truck in person yet), let me know what yall think( he is asking $5k obo)

Well Ive been searching for awhile for the right truck but now i need to try and sell my 00 GMC So I can buy it.

You run across any "junk but runs" with a SM465 lemme know. Would like to swap one into my K5 in place of the 700R4. Preferably a Blazer. Awesome would be a running 6.2L truck so I'd have ALL the parts. Really awesome would be a hydraulic clutch truck.
