alright so i lost the pan that covers the torque converter for my th400 for my 203 but i know a guy that has one for a th400 for a 208. will it fit?

You mean the dust sheild? I beleive that the t-case does not matter, any 400 shield should fit.

Believe there was a huge thread about the different housings on the 400 but not sure.
I'd just grab it and hold it up to see if it'll bolt up
