Got er' Done!

well boys and girls....I killed the DW..(knocking on wood)

After all the BS iv'e been through in the past two weeks chasing the cure i finally got er' done. Had her off the jacks just after sundown. She drove like a champ. Now that the steering is all tight i now realize how loose everyting was..of course she was going to wobble. She was damn near about to fall apart(thats how it felt). I got the beast up to 50mph or so..hit bumps and all. She drove in a straight line and very smoothly.

Major thanks to everyone on here. i did alot of research on this site. I talked to alot of people. Everybody was very helpful. I can now get back to being a normal functioning person in society, you know, drive myself to work....drive home...run to the store...make it to my class on my own.

Anyways...thank you all

P.S now i have a dead battery. be down at the parts store first thing in the morning.

Well, as I said, it was IMHO. I have learned quite a bit about things that I hadn't dealt with before, and given advice on a lot of stuff that I did know about. Most mechanical stuff I can fix and diagnose, but there is a lot about the fiberglass and other stuff that I wouldn't have known without talking to some of the more knowledgeable members here.

Always nice to have a site that has members who genuinely want to help others. That is of course without going into the great deals that I have gotten from members here. Some of the deals are installed on the Blazer already, while others are in the pile ready for their time to shine.
