It looks alright from a distance, but up close, AHHH. Theres a bunch of runs, and of course, all the dings in the body. Im not complaining though. Ill post some more pics when I get it all back together.

If you don't like the paint job I don't see any reason to keep it around. I'll do you a favor and take it off your hands. /forums/images/graemlins/deal.gif

Seriously though, that's one nice Blazer.
Is that just your standard black or is it a very dark blue?

Thanks guys, its gettin there. It is a black, it had some fancy name, your right it does look sort of blue.

When I bought it it was this ugly baby poo tan with (FAT) brown and gold stripes down the side. I took all that off and primered it. It has been primered ever since. I was gettin tired if it so decided to shoot it. I knew it wasnt gonna be the best, espically considering I did 0 body work. It turned out a little worse then I expected, because if the runs, I think its because I couldnt get the gun worked out just right. From a distance it looks killer.

Now, the reason I didnt do the body work, or take my time to do a good job is because: this was a temp. job, I plan to get all new replacement panels ( due to the fact mine are pretty bad). The final job will be done professionslly, but at the moment I dont have morey for all of that.

It will be black with lime green flames! Like Grave Digger!

Ill post more pics, when its all back together. /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif

New panels? Those look pretty good, can't you just use filler where there are dings...Or like they use to do a lot, use lead to fill?

And the 14 bolt front end looks killer!

just get some 1000 grit sand paper and color (wet) sand the runs out, thats what i did on my first paint job, looked pretty good

Nice Job!!! /forums/images/graemlins/waytogo.gif /forums/images/graemlins/waytogo.gif
