Got my Fairfield Mint K5 today

Well I finally got mine today but I'm not happy. It has carnage from shipping I assume. The front axle is busted at the shock mount and the rear bumper was sliding around inside the box when I opened it.
When I opened the hood I noticed they have the passenger side valve cover on backwards. The "572 Chevrolet" is upside down.
1 of 488...hmm...I definitely got something special.
I already called their Customer Service but they are closed...East Coast hours, go figure. I'm going to email them with the photos and then call them on Monday.
Did anyone else have issues?
I guess one consolation is I have some serious articulation in the front.

I am thinking of ordering one of these and was wondering. Did they ever fix this for you?
Yeah, I was supposed to send it back and they were going to send me a new one but I never did. It's still sitting in the box on the bookshelf.

I got mine about 3 weeks ago and it also says 1 of 488.
