350 with a 700R4/Np208/MABY 3.73 rears
White/little rust

Hello,
By the way the door has a "Hartbeat of America" logo around the key holes. Does that mean anything? Is it any kind of Special Blazer?

i think "heartbeat of america" is just a slogan they had that went on decals (search for it in aftermarket and you will find it) so its probably something that the PO just stuck on there
