well i did my auto to manual swap this weekend (465/205) . i started sat morning about 1000 to 1700 then went out for some beer. sun morning back at 800 everything went well untill at 1400 everything was done, i thought, i bled the lines (hydro) but had no clutch we bled that thing for what seemed like an hour just thought the master cyl. was air locked .
then we set around to think, then checked the rod on the slave cyl. it was to short(this happen to anyone else?) so after making a few we found the right size turned the key fired her up and everthing worked great
except you have to hold it in 3rd or it will jump out of gear but i will fix that in a few weeks no big deal.

i had the right one but for some strang reason mine was about a inch to 1 1/2 to short to work with my set up.
