Got my WTO hydro setup today... Ups screwed up my Pump though **UPDATE**.

when i recieved the stuff, there were like 3 holes in the box, and the pulley on the pump was bent... if i cant beat it back so it is straight, Can i just replace the pulley? does it need to be pressed on there or what? thx.

Well i got to lookin at the pump, and i notice the hardline, that comes off the back of the pump mustve got hit when the pulley did, It is bent and creased and even put a dent in the resivoir.... grrrrrr It seems like it is not even worth it to report it, and put WTO through the trouble to make me up another one, Guess ill try to do the Pump upgrade per their website.... **** UPS /forums/images/graemlins/angryfire.gif /forums/images/graemlins/angryfire.gif /forums/images/graemlins/angryfire.gif

oh yea i almost forgot, When i called WTO the other day Lisa said that this was about the third time ups has dropped the ball like this,

The pulley is pressed onto the shaft. Call Matt at WTO and have him send out another complete unit, just in case they also damaged the pump internally. UPS will reimburse him for the damage. /forums/images/graemlins/cool.gif
