Me and some friends went to play some paintball yesterday and I kind of had a problem:D. Evidently the county put down new water mains for the hydrants in the area since the last time I'd been out there to the land we play on.

6 days of rain + freshly dug earth = stuck S10

woudnt have gotten stuck in the k5 haha. Did you get it out easily? And was the town mad?

IF I can ever get my 89 k5 finished and rolling. Right now it's suspensionless, exhaustless, front gearless :D. Hopefully I'll have it all put back together in a few weeks. Yeah it pulled out pretty easy. Couple of my buddies were with me, one had a 04 Z71 and the other with an 06 dodge 2500 cummins on 35s. My buddy in the dodge wanted to jump in and pull me out but I told him it wouldn't be good to have 2 vehicles stuck and just let the Z71 pull me out:D. The Chevy pulled me out pretty easy. Surprisingly for a S10 with 386K on the original engine and tranny, the 4wd worked and worked well. Probably hasn't been put in 4wd in 10 yrs.

They shouldn't care. The mains are buried pretty deep.

my parents bought it new in 96 and it's led a hard life. Used to get drove over 80 miles a day for years and then they gave it to me cuz they got new vehicles and didn't like it sitting around. She'll knock a little bit on cold mornings til she gets warmed up but, she still runs great. Had to replace the torque converter around 250k but other than the alternator, starter and stuff like that, it's all original
