Around 11:00PM last night I was leaving my friends house and I got stuck in is drive way it took me 45MIN to get her 40 feet if that (ICE SUCKS). My damn T-case is crapping the bed hard. My 4x4 did not work. Well when I got it out I went and dropped another one of my friends off and the damn 4x4 worked.

I have know about my T-case $#!&^%& the bed for awhile. It would kick out of gear and grind.

Ever since I got my K5 stuck up to the doors in mud in a swamp my T-case has been real bad. Now when the truck kicks out of gear it is hard. I mean it moves the truck hard.

sounds like you got a bit of dirt and muck in your tcase. Might already be fubared.

I got stuck on my driveway with ice and 5" of snow last weekend. But I was just in 2wd and BALD tires. A little more skinny pedal and she was out! :D

You can fill the T-case kick out of gear. When it does it sounds like someone hitting the T-case with a hammer.

This has happened to me on a few occasions. In my case I just had to adjust the shift linkage for the t case. disconect the linkage and manually shift the t-case from under the truck into whatever range it is popping out of. If it doesn't pop out when the linkage is disconected then you just need to adjust it.

I will try that.
