Cage isn't quite done. But good enough to get the idea what it will look like. Plus, I still have to paint it. Anyways, what you guys think?

Looks good! In the third pic, what's the piece hangin down below the bumper?

It looks like its part of the tire carrier. If you look in the first pic, the tire carrier completely folds up and lays down in the floor of the K5

I see it! Must be the angle. Kinda threw me. Looks awesome though!

Thanks guys, it's been a 2 year work in progress.

yeah, that is my tire carrier, I had the 44" bogger on it and it swings in and out real easily. Still have to get my latch system down though.

Man that rear bumper looks great. Looks like you bent in and to the frame at the ends under the rear quarter panel?? How are those flare holes made. Looks real clean overall.

I had the bumper and cage done locally, there are just some aspects of the build i didn't want to conquer myself. As for the rear bumper, it does tie back into the frame then the rollcage ties into the rear bumer and the frame too. Overall, it's a pretty slick setup. This way, if I hit the edge of that bumper on a tree or whatnot, it will be right on my frame making it a lot more ridged. Which holes are you talking about?

The 1 1/2 hole in the Flat running the middle of it. I looked them up and I think they are from dimple dies. Looks real slick ads to it.

Yep right on the money, that is exactly what it is. I think it added to it well, other than just a big opening.

Absolutely! How far out are you from being up and going? I just moved into vancouver about a week ago actually. My blazer is still up in Ridgefield though at my parents house.
