I finally got the windshield in. Its alot better cruising at 65 with a windshield than without.

Yea it for my Jimmy. I rolled it 6 times this past summer, and had to figure out how to put a windshield in it. I went to Home Depot and bought a piece of plexyglass for 50 bucks and trimmed it to fit. Its awsome and its removable so I can run without it

Thats probably a good 15 lbs off the top.

How'd you do it? I've seen some racers fitt'em up and make it look stock (ish). The scratch easily tho'. A Defender 90 type of cage would probably keep the tree branches out of it.
Random thoughts. - I like the idea of a 'glass windshield.

I cut it to fit in the opening, then put two brakets on the bottom, two on top and one on each side. It works awsome. Actually it made my truck heavier since it didnt have one for almost 5 months
