I am absoloutly no help but that would be sweet.
I would say no, based on this statement "For 8/16 pulse unit only: The pulse output is a square wave, low voltage should be <0.5V, high voltage will be (supply- 0.5)V."
I'm really not a pro on this stuff, but I know the speedometer wants to see 2000PPM. Input to the DRAC is AC from the VSS at 40 pulse per revolution.
Believe cruise and ECM/PCM want the same input.
