Grab Handle

in order to add 2 more inches of lift, per the wife, I need a grab handle mounted to the windshield pillar to assist her on entry. I have seen one on an orange blazer with no doors airborne on a recent mag cover. Are these handles stock, did they come on some Blazers?

I had some handles on my old truck that mounted right behind the door on the body, not on the windshield. They were around $25 depending on the style. You can pick up a set from JCWhitney.
