Change the zerk fitting, and try again. The one zerk you have could be frozen/clogged.

put a wrench on it and turn it 90 degrees, and try again, if not turn it another 90 degrees. sometimes the holes arn't lined up right and they wont take grease. turn it till it does.

Yep same thing raisedK5 said. ORD has it on there site to rotate the bolt as the holes in the bolt and sleeve might not line up and allow the grease to flow to the bushing.
