Please list ALL grease fittings and locations on a 2WD truck.

And if a zerk fitting is the same as a grease fitting, or is different but still needs grease, then please list those too.

Thanks.

upper a arm bushings (4)
upper a arm ball joint (2)
lower a arm bushings (4)
lower a arm ball joint (2)
tie rod ends (4 total)
idler arm (2)
pitman arm
driveshaft center support
3 ujoints

grease fittings adapted the name of Zerk from its inventor.

A worker who was the son of the founder of the Alemite company invented grease fittings..
I remember we had some of the "original" alemite grease fittings at one of the old parts stores I worked at--leftover stock from the 1920's!..
They looked much like a bulb you'd use in a car, they had two prongs sticking out on the sides and the grease gun coupling had to be turned a 1/4 turn to lock it onto the fittings..
Wish I had pocketed a few of those things, just to have for nostalgia..all the neat old stock in that store was probably scrapped when the chain finally closed its doors for good in the '90's.

Ok, i got the upper and lower A arm ball joints (4)
The idler arm has (2) But i don't think the pitman arm has any?
Both tie rod ends where they connect to the spindles (2), but i don't think the inner tie rods where they connect to the center link have any?

Also, i need a little help-----everyone keeps saying A arm bushings, but i'm not real clear because i don't see any fittings?

i should have said this was a 1/2 ton truck.

The tie rod ends should have one at each end, where it connects to the spindle and where it connects to the draglink....anyplace where a tapered thread goes through another piece will have one (unless perhaps its a permanent lubed piece?)

Pitman arm (that attaches to the steering box) will have (should have) one where the tapered end goes through the draglink.

I dont think 1/2 ton has any fittings on the a arm bushings, just 3/4 and 1tons.

PS...I like the avatar pic of EJ POTTER...the Michigan madman!

If I remember right only the 1 ton C30 2wd trucks had control arms with threaded steel bushings that had zerk fittings...
1/2 ton and most 3/4 tons had the rubber sleeved A-arm bushings..

Another zerk is on the clutch cross shaft if it has a manual tranny too,on some older trucks..

3/4 and 1 ton use the same bushings/cross shafts
