where are all the grease nipples and how often should you put grease in your parts?

All of mine are plugged so I never grease my chassis anymore :\

On my stock 84: upper/lower ball joints, tie-rods ends, front driveshaft slip joint, all u joints...I think that's about it, and I usually grease 'em every couple of months...

Acutally, I got a set of nipples from harbor freight. Must be 100 or so, it was like.. 3 dollars.
