Greasy Question!

What type of grease do ya'll use on your spring bushings?

May have missed it but I have not seen this asked/answered.

Inquiring minds want to know.

So your saying just regular bearing/balljoint grease. Not lithium or anything out of the ordinary?

I got the mobile 1 synthetic because it was on sale at Pep-Boys. No reason really though. I am sure that there is a better alternatitive out there.
