Looks perfect. Maybe rent a porta power puller thingy?
Bolt holes arent even close.

Thanks.

Mines bent worse then that.... Put a floor jack under it or use a BFH. These frames are unbelievably easy to bend. I had one out of a 1974 SCSB and it would twist 90 degrees if you only lifted one corner. Dont worry yourself. You have a nice rig and that little bend shouldnt stop you.

If I'm seeing the lower part of the "C" on the channel frame, and the actual side of the frame is not warped, bent, etc., then its just the "C" lip that bent downwards. Thats an easy fix and that little bend won't affect the frame. More likely than not, it probably got that way from a PO trying to pull it out by hooking a chain or hook on that lip and the end result was the bend. As long as the side rail is straight and ok, that little lip isn't hurting nothing. Just straighten it back out.

Mines bent right behind the crossmember for the trans case, had a pretty good high center situation on some rocks awhile back, bent the frame similar to that.

Been running it fine ever since, Id say don't worry about it.

Wait Jeff, don't you jump that thing.

And the bend doesn't look bad.
These frames move so much that's why I'm going to reinforce mine as much as possible.

Their has been no PO. I bought it brand new off the lot the day I turned 16 back in 87. Its never had a strap or been pulled out from there. Its just bent on the bottom of the C. Top and side are straight.

You call that a bend!?.... :haha:

Give me some more time.

That's what I was thinking. I wish mine was that nice. Anyhow, I use a pipe wrench on mine to bend it back into shape.

I will try and use a pipe wrench. Thanks!

Fixed it. As good as i could. I luckily had a 2ft cressent wrench. It was easy. Real easy.

Dude... You should see my frame. it looks like that all up and down it. if you wheel it at all, thats gonna happen. especially if you run in the rocks and really flex it.

Wow you just need to trash the whole truck

That looks like it came out fine, you should see my frame underneath the driver feet where the rear shackle bolts on. I used a 4ft pry bar and a torch and your bent picture is still straighter.
