I am looking for a grill cover to put on my suburban for below freezing temps. Darn thing never gets warm even after 2 new thermostats and heater core. Where can I find one that looks good on my 91 suburban?

Just put a piece of cardboard in front of the radiator but behind the grill. Paint it black if you dont want it to ever be seen. I have done this before and it works and doesn't look stupid like cardboard on the outside of the grille does. JC Whitney might sell vinyl ones too but all you need are scissors and a little finesse to make one. Try only blocking 1/3 to 1/2 the radiatir first.
