Grinding

Im new here so yall bare with me.I have a grinding noise coming from the right front tire.I can lightly touch the brakes and it stops.Also it stops after I get over about 35.I have already changed the pads and its not the dust covers.At least not that I can tell.Any ideas.

Warped rotor? Locking hub acting funny?
What are the specs on your axle and hub? Full or part time 4x4?
