Question for y’all. When turning to the right every thing is nice and smooth but when turning left it groans. What could cause that? It’s a brand new PSC box with a remand pump that has 10 miles on it. It did it with the old original pump to which led me to replace it since it was original to the truck and I thought it was weak. I’ve bled the system a few times now and no bubbles or leaks of any kind.

@centexk5

I also just put in a PSC box, that groans turning left
But I believe the noise is in my column

I just packed them a month ago and just hit them with a grease gun two days ago and grease was oozing out.

It might be in my column. I had to get a little crazy with a BFH trying to get it off and collapsed. But something tells me it's not the column. I can jack the front end off the ground and there is no groaning sound. It sounds like something is cavitating almost or like there is more air in the box. I guess I can jack it back up and keep working everything back and forth to see if more comes out.
