It makes a mess, but it works pretty good. If you don't keep the chain sharp, it sprays hot liquid rubber snot ALLLLLL over the place. If it's sharp, its rubber spaghetti noodles. :saweet:

They're pretty good for cutting notches in wood too. You can get a realllly nice, clean notch on a post or beam etc and with no chisel in seconds with one of those. They go through ANY type of wood just like a hot knife through butter. No exaggeration.
 
I believe ya. I hang drywall for a living, that wheel would come in handy for alot of prep that we shouldn't have to deal with...but do....

ha! It doesn't really get that bad. Very little smoke...what smoke does pop up isn't from the actual cutting action, its from the sides of the blade on the insides of the cut. It had more of a "tire warehouse in 140* Iraq heat" odor. lol
